Garner, 76, who has lived her entire life in Jack County, Texas. They are sitting in chairs, each holding a plate and a glass of tea. Mrs. Culwell is wearing a long-sleeve, polka-dot dress, a hat and eyeglasses. Mrs. Garner is wearing a long-sleeve, floral print dress, a hat, eyeglasses and gloves.
