Everett E. Colborn, managing director of the rodeo for the Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show, ties a cowboy scarf on Miss Virginia Dew, former North Texas State Teachers College coed, who arrived here Monday to sing in the Earl Carroll Vanities March 8-17. Mr. Colborn is wearing a cowboy hat, jacket, and slacks. His shirt color has a flower embroidered on the collar. Miss Dew is wearing a hat, dress, and gloves.
