Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show. Howard Brown of the Lightning C. Ranch at Dublin, Texas is the livestock superintendent and checks over livestock entries. Mr. Brown is show with a clipboard. His left leg is raised up and his foot is resting on the side of a carriage. He's wearing a cowboy hat, shirt, jeans, and cowboy boots.
