The city of Dublin, Texas paid its respects Saturday to Edgar Deen, manager of the Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show, presenting him and Mr.s Deen with a Palomino Horse Breeders of America (PHBA) registered Palomino horse. Mayor C. E. Leatherwood of Dublin (left) presented the horse, "Sundown", to Mr. and Mrs. Deen at ceremonies held at Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum Saturday afternoon. Mayor Leatherwood and Mrs. Deen are holding the reins of a horse. Mr. Deen is standing next to his wife. The two men are wearing suits and cowboy hats. Mrs. Deen is wearing a coat over o dress and a hat. In the background is a crowd standing in front of a building. There is a sign for the Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show above a doorway.
