Scoutmasters' keys are presented by J. Harold Sharpe, left chairman of the training committee of the Fort Worth Area Council, Boy Scouts of America, to Joe Wallis, center, Troop 42, and Vernon Hoaldridge, Troop 177. The presentation was a feature of the council session at the Blackstone Hotel. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, February 25, 1946.
