Clyde C. Clack of Dallas, Texas, educational director for Binney and Smith Company and Mrs. Grace Sands Smith, art director for the Houston public schools judging art entries in the Northern Texas Regional Scholastic Art Exhibition at Stripling. Approximately 900 art works have been sent to Fort Worth by North Texas high school students. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 24, 1946.
