Description
No secret now. This sign stating that a strike is called for Monday greeted thousands of Consolidated Vultee Aircraft Corporation workers Thursday. The sign was placed on a tent erected across the streeet from the main entrance of the plant. In the photo, J.F. Price, guard employed by the union to protect the tent, takes a look at the something new that's been added. The sign reads: "This Plant Will Be On Strike Monday". Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition February 22, 1946.
