The Polytechnic Garden Club is meeting to discuss plans for the citywide Flower Festival from May 10-12, 1946. Members, left to right, are Mrs. A. J. Reinhard, Mrs. J. E. Burt, Mrs. R. C. Bell, Mrs. T. J. Clark, Mrs. Harry Duncan, and Mrs. Louis Bothe. Mrs. Bell is chairman of the committee. The women are shown sitting around a table, making notes on a piece of paper.
