Five high school seniors pose with City Councilman O. E. Tunstill before taking off from Russell Airport Saturday on a two day aerial jaunt into West Texas in interest of the Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show and the Southwestern Aviation Exposition here March 8-17. Taking their first plane rides as special guests of the trippers were, left to right, Misses Bettye Lou Parker, Mansfield High School, Texas; Betty Jo Robinson, Keller High School; Marianna Yarbrough, Paschal High School; Margie Ruth White, Diamond Hill High School; and Yvonne Taylor, Arlington Heights High School. The five high school students are standing in front of a single engine prop airplane. All have what appears to be name tags with ribbons pinned to their clothes.
