    Description

    George Garnett, left, and B. K. Wilkerson, who will serve as worshipful masters for the second and first sections, respectively, in conferring master's degree at Washington Birthday commemoration in Will Rogers Memorial Auditorium. Mr. Garnett is wearing an embellished robe and a crown. Mr. Wilkerson is wearing a suit with an apron-like rectangular cloth tied around his waist. They are standing against a wall. Hanging on the wall, at the far right corner, is a portrait of an unidentified man.
