Description
A shrub-wise resident, John W. Russell, is pouring water on ice-caked bushes to relieve the pressure on the plants. Mr. Russell is standing holding a water hose and spraying water on some shrubs. He's wearing a long coat, hat, and gloves. He's holding the hose in his right hand and eyeglasses in his left hand. There are branches on the ground covered in ice that have snapped off trees in the distance. There is a piece of water hose on the ground next to Mr. Russell.
