Charles L. Dilley, World War 1 veteran and former president and business manager of the Building Trades Council, announced that he will seek the Democratic nomination as commissioner of Precinct 2. Dilley, who lives at 5125 Hampshire Boulevard, has lived in the precinct for 24 years. He is married, and his father also lives at the Hampshire address.
