Instead of reverting to an inactive status at the end of his terminal leave, ex-Captain Cecil T. Parrack, of Stephenville, Texas, has re-enlisted as a master sergeant. He has been in the Army for about 10 years, was a sergeant when he entered Officer Candidate school, and served in the European theater with a field artillery battalion. He is shown standing against a bare wall, wearing his military uniform.
