Springtown High School will carry hopes of the Fort Worth, Texas, area in the regional Class B basketball tournament at Dallas, Texas. The players are, starting with James Stroud, upper right hand corner, and moving clockwise, Bill Freeman, Herbert Carter, Coach Joe Hart, Bill Riddle and Bill Haygood. They are in a huddle at a recent workout. The players are wearing sweaters that say "Springtown" across the chest, and Coach Hart is wearing a buttoned-up sweater over a shirt and necktie.
