Description

A recently discharged serviceman hopefully inspected the first two housing units erected in Veterans Village. The house were the first of 270 temporary dwelling units to be moved form Amarillo and are being used for offices until the project is completed. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 11, 1946.
