Description
The loss of $250 and inability to speak English gave quite a scare to Miss Ligia E. Escobar, of Quito, Ecuador, who came to Fort Worth to visit her brother, a merchant mariner at the United States Public Health Service Hospital, until she met a Spanish-speaking citizen of Fort Worth, Mrs. Paul Phillips, right. The two women are siting on a couch and talking. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 9, 1946.
