Description

Attending the 59th and last annual meeting of the old Texas Bar Association is William Jarrel Smith, of Pampa, Texas, a director of the association. After this meeting, the bar association will become the State Bar of Texas. Smith is wearing a suit and eyeglasses. He is standing, slightly hunched over, holding an ash tray. At the far left is a floor lamp. Behind Smith are curtained windows and a potted plant.
