Fort Worth Golden Gloves boxers (left to right) flyweight Don Williams, Waxahachie, Texas, lightweight Rudolph Mendoza, Fort Worth, Texas, featherweight Jesse Longaria, Fort Worth, Texas, light-heavyweight Presley Darnell, Fort Worth, Texas, heavyweight Aubrey "Fatty" Martin, Milford, Texas, middleweight Lewis Hall, Denton, Texas welterweight Bobby Woods, Fort Worth and bantamweight Hollis Davis, Fort Worth, Texas. Winners of the Fort Worth District Golden Gloves tournament, the men will now compete in the Texas state Golden Gloves tournament to be held at the Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum. All men are wearing jackets, boxing shoes and silk boxing shorts embroidered "Ft. Worth."
