Description

Milton Reed, Paschal High School student and March of Dimes contributor. Reed is sitting and looking over a scrapbook containing pictures and articles of himself when he was crippled from infantile paralysis. In the scrapbook is a picture and stories of the late President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, the boy's idol. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, January 31, 1946.
