Description
Chief Justice Atwood McDonald of the Second Court of Appeals, left, administrating oath of office to Thomas J. Renfro appointed judge of the 96th District Court by Governor Coke Stevenson. The men are standing in a courtroom with right hands raised, facing each other. Chief Justice McDonald holds a piece of paper in his left hand and is wearing a three piece suit with a patterned tie. Judge Renfro is wearing a double breasted suite and tie. In the courtroom can be seen one of the lawyer's tables and behind it is the seating gallery. A large ceiling fan extends down from the ceiling.
