    Shown here are Mr. and Mrs. Herald C. Murphy. They are standing side by side against a bare wall, facing front and smiling for the camera. Mr. Murphy is wearing his marine uniform and Mrs. Murphy is wearing a coat. They were married last December 1 and spent a month in Fort Worth before he reported back to the Merchant Marine for duty. He is a steward's mate, second class. The bride is the former Miss Charlsie Connel, daughter of Mrs. Frank Connel, Houston. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 3, 1946.
