Some interior and exterior scenes, published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram that depict Fort Worth's smaller industries, their products and hopes for expansion in a post-war world. This exterior scene shows acres of old tires at the Hicks Rubber & Salvage Company (Co.), 38th & Commerce, Fort Worth, Texas, are processed into rubber for reclaiming or made into tire patches. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, January 29, 1946.
