Installation ceremonies were held for the Fort Worth Junior Chamber of Commerce at the Blackstone Hotel, in which retiring president Charles Hillard, left, standing, presented the gavel to new president Ward Bailey, right, seated. Both men are wearing double-breasted suits. Mr. Bailey is wearing eyeglasses. He is seated at a dining table. On the table are various plates, bowls and silverware. In the background is a stage with a drum kit on it. Hanging on the back wall is an American flag.
