Description
Some interior and exterior scenes, published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram that depict Fort Worth's smaller industries, their products and hopes for expansion in a post-war world. Here is an interior scene showing Miss Virgie Byrum, spot welder at the Peterson Engineering & Manufacturing Company (Co.), north of the L. Boaz Trading Post, puts the finishing touches on one of the 400 lead-steel coated mail boxes the new firm will manufacture daily. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, January 29, 1946.
