Description

Fort Worth Golden Gloves boxers and Masonic home residents (left to right) Donald E. Opperman, welterweight, O. L. Stephens, welterweight, Joe Collins, light heavyweight, Bill McClure, light heavyweight and George Faulk, lightweight. The young men will compete in the high school class of the Golden Gloves Association of America. Fort Worth District tournament. The men are seated on a ledge in a gymnasium. Behind them can be seen a door brick walls and a heating radiator. All of them are wearing silk boxing shorts and boxing shoes. All except Mr. Faulk have both hands bandaged.
