Description

Merle C. Soules of Independence, Missouri with his prize-winning White Leghorn bantam. The young rooster won first place in the cockerel division at Denver's bantam show and has been entered in the annual Texas All-Bantam Show at Pioneer Palace. Mister Soules is standing in front of a group of cages holding chickens with his white bantam in front of him. Mister Soules is wearing an overcoat and tie.
