United States Army 36th Infantry Division's first postwar reunion in Brownwood, Texas. Carl Phinney, division transportation officer and a resident of Dallas, Texas stands with Miller Ainsworth of Luling, Texas as they review a resolution demanding congressional investigation of the Rapido River battle. Mister Phinney read the resolution during the reunion. Both men are wearing suits and ties and are jointly holding a copy of the resolution.
