Lee, United Livestock Handlers' Union Local Number 59 member and secretary of the Local's grievance committee, and W. L. Collins, member of the grievance committee. The men are all smiling. Misters Duepree and Pier are wearing suits and ties. Mister Lee is wearing a jacket while Mister Collins is wearing a jacket and a tie.
