Doctor. C. P. Hines and Mrs. Houston Small on a bicycle built for two at the Fort Worth Dental Society's and Auxiliary's "Floradora Frolic" held at Fort Worth's Glen Garden Country Club. Doctor Hines was master of ceremonies for the event. Both are seated on the bicycle with Mrs. Small on the front seat and Doctor Hines on the back seat. They are wearing costumes in the style worn in the late 1800s. Mrs. Hines has on a floor length dark dress with lace at the bottom and around the neck. She is also wearing a hat with flowers on it. Doctor Hines is attired in light trousers, a dark jacket, a very wide tie and a bowler hat. He is also wearing a large fake mustache.
