Description
Webb Maddox and Homer Covey at the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce annual membership dinner. Mister Maddox was a future Chamber of Commerce president. Mister Covey was the then current president of the Chamber. Both men are standing behind a dignitary table holding a large floral arrangement. Hanging behind them is a United States flag with 48 stars. One of the men is presenting a placque to the other, but it isn't clear who is receiving the award.
