Description
C. H. Newman and J. L. Lafferty at the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce annual membership dinner. Mr. Lafferty was an officer with the Fort Worth National Bank. Both men are standing behind a dignitary table holding a large floral arrangement. Hanging behind them is a United States flag with 48 stars. One of the men is presenting a placque to the other, but it isn't clear who is receiving the award.
