Lee Holley, president of the United Packinghouse Workers of America (U.P.W.A.), Local 59. Mr. Holley's photograph accompanied a Star-Telegram article about a packinghouse strike in Fort Worth involving UPWA locals 59, 54 and 54-A. The strike idled Armour and Company, Ratliff Pure Food Products Company and the Fort Worth Stockyards Company. Mr. Holley is wearing dress slacks and shirt with a tie. He is also wearing a buttoned sweater, hat and glasses.
