Navy doctor Captain T. W. McDaniel. Captain McDaniel was one of the Navy's youngest officers to be promoted to Captain. He served on the staff of the United States Public Health Service Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. Captain McDaniel is wearing his full Captain's uniform.
