Clint J. Taylor, retiring Railway Mail Service Superintendent. Mr. Taylor's more than half century of service included the development of air mail service. Mr. Taylor is seated on an elaborately upholstered sofa, wearing a double breasted suit, tie and vest. He is looking at the camera while holding what is perhaps a letter or certificate.
