Albert Deverich, 29 years old Hollywood stunt man and freelance actor. He is standing in front of a wooden cabinet; a blank wall is behind the cabinet and a single light bulb is dangling from above. Mr. Deverich is wearing a sport coat, dark shirt and hat. He as an overcoat slung over his left arm. Mr. Deverich was arrested in Fort Worth, Texas on grand theft charges originating in Beverly Hills, California from Mrs. Lois Hendricks. He was currently married to the former Marilyn Garland, heiress and grand daughter of the late William Garland, multimillionaire Los Angeles financier and civic leader. Mister Deverich was the son of Hollywood agent and producer Nat Deverich. Mister Deverich waived extradition and was waiting for Beverly Hills detectives to return him to California.
