Description
Placard carrying pickets, employees of the Southwestern Bell Telephone Company and members of the Association of Communication Equipment Workers (ACEW) against the Western Electric Company. The strike seriously crippled calls except local dial service. Those picketing are, left to right: T. E. Rucker, 1332 Evans Avenue; Jerry Brackman, Hickman Hotel and R. E. Gann, 5017 Thurston Road, all of Fort Worth, Texas.
