Description

A charter was presented to the newly-organized Mansfield Lions club at the Mansfield Methodist Church. Doctor E. R. Ammons, left, Fort Worth district governor is presenting the charter to A. I. Romans, president of new club. The club was organized in November with T. Gordon Ryan of the South Side Lions Club of Fort Worth who presided at the charter meeting. Dr. Ammons is wearing a light colored suit. Mr. Romans is wearing a double breasted suit. There is a desk behind the men and a piece of art hanging above the desk. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, January 8, 1946.
