Description

Texas Christian University (T. C. U.) authorities and architects look over the long bid sheets on which are recorded contractors' proposals for construction of three new dormitories on the university campus. Seated, left to right, Doctor M. E. Sandler, president of TCU; E. A. Landreth, co-chairman of the building committee; Joseph R. Pelich, architect; Preston M. Green, architect; and L. C. Wright, business manager of the university. Standing is architect Wyatt C. Hedrick. The men are dressed in suits and are seated around a table. The table is covered in papers and several ash trays. Behind Mr. Hedrick is a hat and coat hanging on a coatrack. There are two windows behind the men with a view of downtown. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Sunday Edition January 6, 1946.
