Description
Bert D. Barber, supervisor of revision of building, electrical and plumbing codes of city. Barber, a graduate of the University of Texas A&M, was released from the Navy after thirty-three months of service. He is a new addition to the city's building division. Mr. Barber is sitting at his desk. He is wearing a striped suit. There is a desk behind Mr. Barber with a telephone, books and schematics. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, December 27, 1945.
