Kimbrough, whose husband is a member of the Wichita Falls High School's athletic council; Mrs. Charles Featherston; Mr. Featherston, president of the Texas Cowboy Reunion Association; Merle T. Waggoner, president of the board of education, and Mrs. Waggoner. Standing at the far right is an unidentified man. Mr. Featherston and Mr. Mr. Waggoner are wearing suits and cowboy hats. Mrs. Kimbrough is wearing a matching blazer and skirt and gloves. Mrs. Featherson and Mrs. Waggoner are wearing overcoats and hats.
