Description
Retired Railroad engineers were honored at a dinner given by the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers, Division 500. Locomotive engineering service covering 271 years is represented by these retired engineers. Left to right, Frank Etter, J. R. Walker, J. D. Harris and J. E. Gerard, all of Cleburne, Texas. Mr. Etter is wearing a dark, three piece suit. Mr. Walker is wearing a double breasted suit. Mr. Harris is wearing a light, three piece suit. Mr. Gerard is known for being the famous "Santa Fe Santa Claus" of years gone by. The four men are sitting side by side at a dinner table. There are plates of food and glasses at each setting.
