Description

Several state officers attended the Fourth Division, American Legion, convention which closed its two-day session at Hotel Texas. Two of the officers were, left to right, Loe Roberts, of Borger, Texas, State Department commander, and Fred Young, of Austin, Texas, department adjutant. They are sitting at a dining table, wearing their officer uniforms. On the table are various plates, bowls and glasses.
