Description

Standing on a high platform, watching the parade welcoming General Wainwright to Fort Worth, Texas, are, left to right, Carroll Jackson, Billy Henderson, John Henry Leisher, David Woodall and Chris Heicman. There are two unidentified people standing at the right. Carroll, Billy, John, Chris and one of the unidentified people are all waving American flags. On the front of the platform is a large billboard advertisement featuring a drawing of a military officer.
