Honor of sitting with General Jonathan M. Wainwright afternoon in the reviewing stand for the Victory Bond parade goes to these three winners in E Bond sales conducted at their schools. Left to right, Thomas Edwards, W. C. Stripling High School; George Reeves, Polytechnic High, and James Hills, North Hi Mount Elementary School. The boys will also receive scrolls signed by the general. They are all sitting by a table and pose for a picture. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, December 16, 1945.
