Description

William Tingle, yeoman third class, of the Office of Naval Officer Procurement in Houston, Texas, was in Fort Worth, Texas, in the interest of the Naval Aviation Preparatory Program opening next March in colleges throughout the country. The Navy V-5 program is open to young men who have finished high school or who will be graduated by next February. Tingle is standing against a wall, wearing his military uniform.
