    Description

Harold "Jug" McSpaden, left, landed on one of the Glen Garden Country Club fairways and taxied to the clubhouse to unload. Here he is greeted by Cecil Nottingham and L. W. "Smiley" Rowland. The Glen Garden Country Club will be the site of the $10,000 Fort Worth Open golf tournament. Mr. McSpaden and Mr. Nottingham are wearing suits and long overcoats, and Mr. Rowland is wearing a sweater over a collared shirt, and trousers. Luggage and a bag of golf clubs are stacked on the ground. The plane Mr. McSpaden rode is in the background.
