Knight, OWIU, Congress of Industrial Organizations (CIO) president and E. Carl Mattern, center, of Austin, Texas, vice president of the OWIU and executive secretary of the state CIO. On the right is W. B. Taylor, CIO national director of organization for the OWIU. All three men are wearing suits.
