    Description

    Frank Tice, 39, surrendered at the sheriff's office after wounding Mrs. Birdie Lee Sexton by shooting her with a pistol. Four bullets were fired over the head of Mrs. Lexton's son, Wesley, who was sleeping in bed. Two of the bullets struck Mrs. Sexton, one inflicting a head wound and the other passing through her chest. Tice is a truck driver for the Fort Worth, Texas, garbage department. Tice is wearing a striped, collared shirt.
