Description
After two years of overseas service at the same base in India, Technical Sergeant Joe Percy, son of Mrs. Clarence Percy, returned to the States recently and received his discharge at Fort Sam Houston. Tech. Sgt. Percy, a 1940 graduate of Paschal High School, was stationed in Assam, India, with the 748th Railway Operating Battalion as a railway dispatcher. After a short vacation he will begin working again for the Texas and Pacific Railway. He was in the army for two years and nine months. He is shown standing against a bare wall, wearing his military uniform and smiling.
