High ranking Army officers gathered in Fort Worth, Texas, to draft plans for the all-military parade that will be one of the highlights of "Wainwright Day" in Fort Worth, Texas, December 17. Pictured here discussing details of the line of March are, left to right, Colonel Hubert M.
